All events require a deposit to secure a date
Friday $1500 | plus tax | 8 Hour Time Block | 3pm - 11pm |
Clean-Up 11 pm - Midnight
Saturday $1800 | plus tax | 10 Hour Time Block Until 11pm |
Clean-Up from 11 pm - Midnight
Sunday $1500 | plus tax | 8 Hour Time Block
(please note your 8 hour time block must be between the hours of 9:00 AM - 11:00PM)
Clean-Up 1 hour after event

Taxes, Cleaning Fee and the $300 refundable damage deposit are added to all rentals.
